Citizen is the little sister of the popular Ottawa restaurant Town on Elgin. Located around the corner at 207 Gilmour Street, Citizen shares a common kitchen with Town but is decidedly local, focusing on supporting local Ottawa culture including, bands, local chefs, and artists. Citizen is a new staple of neighbourhood culture.
